REFUND POLICY

Below you can find the details about the refund possibilities:

• The customer will be eligible for a full refund only if he/she decides to cancel the order/s within 24 hours of payment
  confirmation.
  In case of cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: refund will be 50% of the item price.
• In case of cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: refund will be 30% of the item price.
• In case of cancellation after 120 hours from the moment the order is paid: you will not get any refund at all.

Please note that:

• Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging invoice.
• Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by customer.
• Refund terms will be applied only where LS team has inspected the returned items.
